Not turkey cause we no like turkey! Stuffed with mashed potato + spices. :-)
Looks good!! We had lamb and fish instead at home.....Turkey is very very expensive...
@sarawakiana, we had lamb too! no fish but lamb, beef and chicken. oh and Merry Christmas to you and familY!
our local hispanic population in miami doesnt like turkey either. if they eat it at all its usually cooked covered in bacon. merry christmas!
